Anpassung der Vertriebsstrategie für Asset Trust AG und DSW AG

Die Asset Trust Vertriebs AG passt derzeit ihre Vertriebsstrategie an die konzerninternen Entwicklungen an. Das Unternehmen bündelt derzeit die vertrieblichen Aktivitäten der Firmen Asset Trust AG und Deutsche Sachwert Emissionshaus AG (DSW). Im Zuge der Anpassung soll die Asset Trust Vertriebs AG auch umbenannt werden, um eine neutralere Plattform für die betreuten Partnerfirmen bieten zu können. Zudem wurde beschlossen, den Vertrieb ausschließlich auf externe Organisationen auszulagern. Aus diesem Grund wurde der Vorstandsvertrag von Martin Schütz, der der konzerneigenen Vertriebsorganisation P.C.S. Pro Client Service AG vorstand, nicht verlängert.
