Die Knappschaft bietet auf ihrer Homepage einen weiteren Service an: den Klinik-ProFi (abgeleitet von Professional Finder für Krankenhäuser). Der Klinik-ProFi hilft, das für die eigenen Bedürfnisse passende Krankenhaus zu finden. Mittels Suchbegriffen, z.B. Krankheitsbild, Klinikname, Diagnose, Therapiemöglichkeit, medizinische Geräte oder Serviceangebote wird eine Liste von in Frage kommenden Kliniken angezeigt. Die abgebildete "ProFi-Familie", bei der man auf Körperregionen klicken kann, gibt Hilfestellung bei der Auswahl von Suchbegriffen. Dabei werden geschlechtsspezifische bzw. Besonderheiten bei Kindern berücksichtigt.
