Nach Ankäufen in Sydney, Melbourne und Perth ist es das vierte Investment der Deka Immobilien in Australien seit 2008. Das Objekt gehört zum Bestand des Offenen Immobilien-Publikumsfonds Deka-ImmobilienGlobal. Verkäufer der voll vermieteten Immobilie ist Austexx Plenary Tower Pty Ltd, ein australisches Projektentwicklungsunternehmen. Der nach australischem Green Building-Standard mit 4,5 Sternen bewertete "South Wharf Office Tower" wurde Ende 2009 fertig gestellt und verfügt über eine vermietbare Fläche von rund 20.800 qm.
