Summer School Biotransformations 2011

Frankfurt am Main, (PresseBox) - This year's Summer School Biotransformations (Bad Herrenalb, Germany, 22-25 August 2011) adresses PhD students, postdocs and young industrial scientists. International experts will report on current trends in biocatalysis, modern expression systems, targeted evolution, high-throughput screening and bioprocess engineering.

Higher - faster - further
From reaction to process
All in -omics

The young scientists will introduce their research studies in a poster session and present their key results in a speed lecture of 2-3 minutes. Evening lectures on topics of general interest and the intensive scientific exchange complement the concept of this summer school. All applicants have to submit an abstract for their poster and a letter of recommendation by their super-visor, as the number of attendees is limited to 60. Deadline for applications is May 31st, 2011.
