Datwyler completes the sale of Distrelec and Nedis

On 16 March 2020 Datwyler closed the sale of the distribution companies Distrelec and Nedis, which was announced on 23 December 2019. The antitrust authorities approved the transaction without imposing any restrictions. Thus, all terms of the contract have been fulfilled and the German Aurelius has become the owner of all companies of Distrelec and Nedis. The parties agreed not to disclose the details of the transac-tion. For the sale of Reichelt, Datwyler takes the time to evaluate further options to optimise value.
