Berufung von CropEnergies Vorstand Dr. Guderjahn in den Südzucker-Vorstand

Dr. Lutz Guderjahn (46), seit 2006 Mitglied des Vorstands der CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, wird mit Ablauf der diesjährigen Hauptversammlung von CropEnergies am 17. Juli 2012 seine Tätigkeit als Vorstandsmitglied von CropEnergies beenden, um in den Vorstand der Südzucker AG Mannheim/Ochsenfurt, Mannheim, einzutreten.

Guderjahn wird Prof. Dr. Markwart Kunz (63) nachfolgen, welcher für die Bereiche Technik sowie Forschung und Entwicklung verantwortlich ist. Von Kunz wird Guderjahn auch die Verantwortung für das Segment CropEnergies übernehmen und damit das Wachstum der CropEnergies-Gruppe weiter eng begleiten.

Der Aufsichtsrat der CropEnergies AG wird rechtzeitig vor Ablauf der Amtszeit Guderjahns die Entscheidung über seine Nachfolge im Wynxoetn dft LzgxDttbnzjl lcptdua.
