Today, AXA Deutschland signed a contract with IBM Deutschland GmbH - who, in turn, signed a contract with COR&FJA as sub-contractor - that provides for the installation of COR.FJA Life Factory as the central management platform for the migration of life insurance policies during an overall project term of around five years.

The first installation stage is scheduled to go live at the beginning of 2015. Within the parameters of the contractual provisions, IBM has assumed the role of AXA's central contracting partner and COR&FJA that of the product supplier and integration partner as IBM's sub-contractor. The aggregate order volume for COR&FJA will be in excess of 40 million euros.

In addition to the program control and integration services in the AXA peripheral system environment, IBM's tasks as defined in the order also include operating the IT for COR.FJA Life Factory on the basis of IBM PureSystems technology. In this way, the strategic partners COR&FJA and IBM have been able to place this new joint solution on the market successfully for the first time.
