Die Corel Corporation, (NASDAQ:CREL; TSX:CRE), einer der weltweit führenden Softwarehersteller, hat heute den Abschluss der Akquisition von Ulead Systems, Inc., durch ihre Tochtergesellschaft InterVideo angekündigt.
