Contargo Container Escaut Services SAS verbessert Anbindung Nordfrankreichs an Asienverkehre

In der zweiten Februarhälfte nimmt Contargo Container Escaut Services SAS (CCES) einen neuen Liniendienst zwischen Valenciennes und Dünkirchen auf. Zunächst wird ein Binnenschiff pro Woche diese Relation bedienen. Die Dienste von CCES verbinden dann die Industrieregion Valenciennes mit den Häfen von Antwerpen, Dünkirchen und Rotterdam.

"Wir haben uns entschlossen diesen neuen Linienverkehr einzuführen, weil unsere Kunden diese Strecke oft nachfragen", sagt Gilbert Bredel, Managing Director von Contargo Container Escaut Services SAS. Der neue Liniendienst verkehrt zwischen Valenciennes und Dünkirchen auf dem 143 Kilometer langen Großschifffahrtsweg Dünkirchen-Schelde (Canal Dunkerque-Escaut).
