Das Bremer Unternehmen Peper & Söhne Projekt GmbH hat jetzt einen Erbbaurechtsvertrag für ein 2,6 ha großes Grundstück im Güterverkehrs-zentrum JadeWeserPort Wilhelmshaven unterzeichnet. Auf der Fläche, die sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zur Einfahrt des GVZ befindet, soll die Multi-User-Halle „Atlantic One“ mit ca. 12.000 qm Fläche und flexiblen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten entstehen. Das Logistikzentrum verfügt über rund 10 Meter Deckenhöhe und ist in bis zu neun Einheiten ab 540 qm Fläche teilbar. Jede Einheit verfügt über mindestens eine ebenerdige Zufahrt und bietet optimale Voraussetzungen für Logistik,- Transport- und andere hafenaffine Dienstleistungen.
