Neuer kleiner Oszillator bei Comtec

Comtec Crystals kann jetzt einen noch kleineren Keramik-Oszillator, den CXO2520, in vielen Frequenzen anbieten. Dieser Oszillator in SMD-Bauform hat eine Grösse von nur 2,5 mm x 2,0 mm, mit einer Bauhöhe von maximal 0,9 mm. Er ist erhältlich in den Frequenzen von 2 bis 50 MHz, mit einer Arbeitstemperatur von -40°C bis +85°C. Dieses Bauteil wird als ein Tri-State Enable / Disable, TTL / HCMOS / Square Wave Oszillator geliefert , und deshalb verwendbar in vielen verschiedenen Applikationen. Der CXO2520 ist im Blistergurt (Tape & Reel) verpackt, bleifrei und voll RoHS-Konform. Unter http//:www.comtec-crystals.com kann man ein Datenblatt einsehen und downloaden.
