CompuGroup Medical Italia acquired a majority stake in Tekne S.r.l., located in Ragusa (Italy). Tekne, with its software XDent, is the market leader for Mac OS software for dentists in Italy. With this acquisition, CGM has strengthened its position as a market leader in the Italian market for ambulatory information systems.

Last Thursday CompuGroup Medical Italia acquired a majority stake in Tekne S.r.l., located in Ragusa (Italy).
