Der neue Paladin Compact™ von Coherent, Inc. (Santa Clara, KA) (Nasdaq: COHR) ist ein Ultraviolett-Laser der nächsten Generation mit hoher Quasi-CW-Leistung bei 355 nm aus einem sehr kompakten System. Dieser neue UV-Laser basiert auf der bewährten Paladin™-Reihe, bietet jedoch neue Integrationsmöglichkeiten bei nur noch der Hälfte des Footprints der Vorgängermodelle. Dieses kompakte, kostengünstige System macht Paladin Compact zum idealen Werkzeug für OEM und Systemintegratoren für CW-Ultraviolett-Anwendungen in der Mikro-elektronik, Bioinstrumentierung und im Graphikbereich. Der Paladin Compact ist erhältlich mit einer Leistung von 2 Watt bei einem Laserkopf der lediglich 60 x 25 x 25 cm (23.6 x 10 x 10 Vqxf) gcopg.
