Ingrid Maaß, who has been CFO of CNC Communications & Network Consulting AG since 2007, is leaving the company on 30 June 2013 and will become Managing Director of Messe Berlin GmbH on 1 August 2013.
Bernhard Meising, Partner at CNC Headquarters in Munich since 2005, will take over Mrs Maaß' board duties from 1 July 2013, in addition to his continuing client-facing role. Barbara Springer, who is currently in charge of Controlling, will take over the commercial management of CNC, reporting to Mr Meising.
