TrelleborgVibracoustic GmbH aus Darmstadt, deren Anteile zu jeweils 50 Prozent der Freudenberg SE sowie der schwedischen Trelleborg AB gehören, hat mit den Gesellschaftern der türkischen HSS Otomotiv ein internationales Joint Venture für den Geschäftsbereich Nutzfahrzeug-Luftfedern abgeschlossen und vollzogen.

Im Rahmen des Joint Venture wurde die gemeinsame Gesellschaft Vibracoustic CV Air Springs GmbH mit Sitz in Hamburg gegründet, an der TrelleborgVibracoustic mehrheitlich beteiligt ist und in die das Nutzfahrzeuge-Luftfedergeschäft beider Partner eingebracht wurde.

Ein Team um den Hamburger Corporate Partner Dr. Henrik Drinkuth hat TrelleborgVibracoustic GmbH umfassend bei dem Joint Venture beraten.
