Helvetic Wind hat ihre Aktivitäten in Deutschland ausgebaut und die Windparks "Gross Welle", "Prötzel" und "Wulkow" im Bundesland Brandenburg erworben. HelveticWind ist ein Joint Venture der Schweizer Energieversorgungsunternehmen Energie Wasser Bern, BKW Energie AG, EBL Genossenschaft Elektra Baselland, der Züricher EKZ Renewables AG sowie der SN Erneuerbare Energien AG.

Ein Team um Lead Partner Dr. Jochen Lamb hat HelveticWind bei der Transaktion umfassend beraten. CMS Hasche Sigle hatte HelveticWind bereits beim Erwerb des Windparks "Lüdersdorf-Parstein" (Brandenburg) im Jahr 2011 beraten.
