Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat Amundi Real Estate, Paris, beim Erwerb des Hamburger Objekts Convent Parc Building beraten.

Das 2006 in Hamburger Innenstadtlage erbaute Ensemble umfasst rund 9.500 Quadratmeter Nutzfläche und ist langfristig an den Investor Lloyd Fonds und das Bankhaus Warburg & Co vermietet.

Amundi Real Estate ist im Jahr 2010 aus der Zusammenführung der Immobilien-Investmentaktivitäten der Banken Crédit Agricole und Société Générale entstanden. Das Unternehmen verwaltet Vermögenswerte von rund 6,7 Milliarden Euro und ist in Frankreich, Italien, Japan, Marokko und Luxemburg tätig.
