CFC Industriebeteiligungen acquires VOGT electonic Letron GmbH

CFC Zwischenholding GmbH, Dortmund, a 100% subsidiary of CFC Industriebeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KGaA, has acquired 100% of the shares of VOGT electronic Letron GmbH from VOGT electronic EMS GmbH, a subsidiary of VOGT electronic AG. Price and conditions of the transaction will not be disclosed. The transaction is subject to closing conditions in favour of CFC, which are expected to be fulfilled during next week.

VOGT electronic Letron GmbH, develops, manufactures and sells electronic subsystems and products for the security, communication and medicine industry.
