Sales and order backlog development at the end of the fiscal year 2010/2011 (as of May 31, 2011)

Revenues of approximately € 16.16 Mio (+12.5%) / / order backlog approx. +250%

Rödermark, (PresseBox) - In the period from June 1, 2010 to May 31, 2011 (fiscal year 2010/2011) CeoTronics AG archived consolidated revenues in accordance with IFRS of approximately € 16.16 Mio (previous year: € 14.36 Mio). This represents an increase of approximately € 1.8 Mio or 12.5%.

The order backlog as of 31 May 2011 increased compared to the same period last year by about 250% to approximately € 8.48 Mio, reaching the highest level since the establishment of CeoTronics 26 years ago.

The volume of orders in fiscal year 2010/2011 amounted to € 22.2 Mio and is thus about 52% above the previous year. Only in the financial year 2006/2007 a somewhat higher value could be noticed; but this was due to the major order from the German Army of approximately € 5.5 million.

Detailed and final figures for fiscal year 2010/2011 are expected to be published in late August 2011.

"CeoTronics was hit very late by the impacts of the global economic crisis and the positive effects like the switch to digital radio started in the German and the economic recovery - particularly in Germany - are just now starting to have positive effects. Given these circumstances, we are very satisfied with the sales increase of 12.5% and the order backlog that is 250% higher. The very high order backlog and the continuation of the German and northern European switch to digital radio justify our optimistic revenue outlook for the new fiscal year 2011/2012", said Thomas H. Günther, Chairman of the Board of Management.

CeoTronics AG Audio Video Data Communication (ISIN: DE0005407407), Adam-Opel- Straße 6, 63322 Rödermark, Germany, is listed in the Entry Standard.
