CeoTronics AG Audio Video Data Communication (ISIN:DE0005407407) has today announced that Hans-Dieter Günther, who has been a member of the Company's Supervisory Board since 2003, will resign as a member of the Supervisory Board and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board effective August 31, 2010.
Hans-Dieter Günther is leaving the Supervisory Board for health reasons. As an alternate member, Matthias Löw, Rodgau, will take over Hans-Dieter Günther's position as a member of the Supervisory Board for the duration of Mr. Günther's remaining term of office.
