FERRARI'S NOBLE "HOOD" by CAPRISTO - fits the Ferrari 458 Spider!

(PresseBox) ( Sundern, )
Ferrari presented the 458 Spider to the trade press and an amazed community of fans in August 2011. The difference to the Coupe, which was presented two years prior, the Spider has a metal roof of aluminum which disappears under the engine hood in only 14 seconds. The legendary and still somehow mysterious car from Maranello, did not earn the nickname Jewel on four Wheels without reason.

This is about the already mentioned engine hood, under which the aluminum roof of the cabrio quickly disappears as if by magic. One of the most important addresses when it comes to the subsequent individualization of vehicles (or parts thereof) with which Cavallino rampante goes is undoubtedly the company Capristo Sundern in Sauerland, near Arnsberg, Germany. In this case however, it is not even about additional horsepower, but rather a more aesthetic element, the engine room. To be more precise: about its cover. Already at the presentation of the 458 Spider, voices of regret were heard, because the unclouded view of the engine had been denied.

But luckily there's CAPRISTO. The company led by Antonio Capristo immediately got to work and created an engine cover that again allows these abundant envious looks. And because good ideas often spread like wildfire, the hoped-for success came soon. Finally, the "spare part" from carbon was produced. Of course, it can be painted and costs 9,800 Euro, so fairly small numbers for Ferrari proportions. With the centrally lengthwise inlaid glass, the desired view of the V8 rumble-engine is again free. Despite the relatively long development time and high costs, only the best quality is delivered. And not just for aesthetic reasons, but also because of better cooling, the new engine cover has more vents.

The parts from CAPRISTO belong without exception to an exclusive group, whose "members" are worthy to be installed on a Ferrari.
