New OTRS integration with baramundi

The c.a.p.e. IT GmbH, the most important developer and provider of additional modules for the free management system OTRS, publishes a further integration module for IT inventory. Next to the already well-known and productspecific interfaces for inventory, you can integrate common solution baramundi. The internal IT service of a company gets integration to management software for clients, servers and mobile devices and additionally, the automatic delivery of inventory data of software and hardware items into the configuration management data base of KIX4OTRS. At the same time, all changes within the CMDB are replicable directly. The effort for administration and inventory of items reduces extremely.
