C-QUADRAT Investment AG (ISIN AT0000613005) is planning to establish and operate an asset management firm in Armenia through a joint venture with Talanx Asset Management GmbH, Cologne. C-QUADRAT will hold a 74.9 % interest in this firm.
Once Armenia's pension reform comes into effect on January 1, 2014, this firm will take over - along with another well-known asset manager - the management of state pension assets of the Armenian pension system.
