Beginnend im Januar 2005 führt die Abraham Gruppe, Marktführer und nationaler Vollsortimenter luftgetrockneter und geräucherter Rohschinken aus Seevetal bei Hamburg, SAP-Software als Standard- ERP-System ein. Nach einer mehrmonatigen Auswahlphase wurde die BTC Business Technology Consulting AG als Partner für den zukünftigen IT-Betrieb ausgewählt.

Die BTC stellt für die nächsten fünf Jahre für die Abraham Gruppe den IT-Betrieb - unter anderem auch für SAP - in den von der BTC betriebenen Rechenzentren in Oldenburg im Outsourcing-Verfahren sicher.
