Brückner Formtec sells 3.6 m CPP Extrusion Line for the Japanese Market

Brückner Formtec GmbH has sold a complete High Performance CPP Extrusion Line to a leading flexible packaging manufacturer in Japan.The line will be used to produce high-grade films for special purposes.

The final decision for a Brückner Formtec line was concluded following highest requirements in terms of quality, efficiency and utmost product traceability. Equipped with innovative features, such as integrated pull roll system comprising thickness gauge unit, oscillating edge trim that is synchronized with the winder and a corona treatment station with post cooling rolls, direct drives and automatic film tension control, the line features the most advanced technology, an outstanding safety concept and total system integration.

Brückner’s RDH (Roll Data History) continuously collects process and production data in configurable time slices. The acquired data are set in direct relation to the produced goods. RDH gives real-time access to information like plant status and plant performance and therefore allows immediate decisions for necessary interventions. A further central function is the backtracking of the production by means of various input values as lot number of raw material or customer order.

The Brückner Formtec CPP line key values are:
- Net film width of up to 3.6 m
- Extrusion output of up to 7,950 tons
