Brocade Communications Systems hat Richard
Deranleau zum vorläufigen Chief Financial Officer (CFO) ernannt. Richard
Deranleau übernimmt die Aufgaben des CFO von Tony Canova, der im
Dezember 2005 bekannt gab, das Unternehmen zu verlassen. Tony Canova
wird so lange im Unternehmen bleiben, bis alle Aufgaben an Richard
Deranleau übergeben wurden.

Richard Deranleau wurde bei Brocade am 1. November 2005 zum Vice
President ernannt. Zuvor war er seit Juni 2003 für das Controlling und
das Treasurement bei Brocade verantwortlich.
Von 1992 bis Mai 2003 war Richard Deranleau in unterschiedlichen
Managementpositionen bei der Polycom Inc. tätig. Von Januar 2001 bis Mai
2003 hatte er die Position des Vice President of Finance and Treasurer.
