The Annual General Meeting of Tieto Corporation decided on 26 March 2009 to offer free of charge a maximum of 1 800 000 stock options for subscription by Tieto's key personnel. The issued stock options entitle to subscribe for a maximum of 1 800 000 shares in Tieto Corporation. The terms and conditions of the stock options have been published via stock exchange release on 26 March 2009.

On 21 December 2009, the Board of Directors decided to allocate a total of 90 000 Stock Options 2009 A to Tieto's Leadership Team.
