BRAINFORCE announce China collaboration

Michael Adick and his colleague, Stephen Curtis, are appointed partners of the BRAINFORCE Group to support the work of this internationally operating company. These two leaders have many years’ experience in interim and project management across medium-sized companies and large corporations. As Head of E.X.P.E.R.T. 3-Solutions® China and Head Coach respectively, Michael Adick and Stephen Curtis will be supporting the BRAINFORCE subsidiary in China.

Michael Adick is Managing Director and Owner of Articulate in China. Adick is from Germany where he studied Business Administration and Management at University Paderborn and subsequent various leadership positions with Siemens China. In 2013 he graduated MBA at the renowned China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). The 40-year-old is specialized in leadership, strategy, sales & marketing, as well as project management, crisis management and change management. In addition, he is a consultant to the members of the European Chamber of Commerce Shanghai. Therefore Michael Adick is ideally suited as Head of E.X.P.E.R.T. 3 -Solutions® ((link to www.brainforce-ag.com)) China at BRAINFORCE.

Stephen Curtis is a colleague of Michael Adick and BRAINFORCE China Head Coach. Originally from the United Kingdom, he has been in Asia for more than 30 years. With a military background, Curtis has held various leadership positions at GE Healthcare and Microsoft as well as a period at PWC consulting practice. With a strong focus upon operational excellence he has led large scale change programs, business start-ups and outsourcing. As Six Sigma Master Black Belt he has supported Lean & Six Sigma programs across multiple industries and countries in Asia. Also trained as a professional coach he currently coaches executives, teams and individuals for optimal performance.
