The InduLine World Premiere at the Factory of BÖWE Textile Cleaning GmbH in Augsburg Was a Great Success

The loading capacities of 100-200kg of garments with free choice of solvent like perc, HC and alternatives, that allow for the optimum care process for each single case, have shown to the visitors new ways for industrial use.
The lockable, automated loading door (opening diameter of 1000mm), driven electromechanically by the machine control, provides for an optimum accessibility also with bulky and hard to handle goods like e.g. carpets.
Especially the automatic loading and unloading that requires only little personnel and the possibility to easily integrate the industrial drycleaning machine into new and existing automations make use of the InduLine a commercial success. Due to the fact that the cage unit can be tilted into the +70° loading position resp. -30° unloading position, goods like e.g. fur, leather, carpets, gloves, cleaning cloth, industrial/outer wear or milling goods can be loaded quickly, efficiently and comfortably from a conveyor belt, bag or container. For unloading the goods can be dumped onto a conveyor belt for further processing. Thanks to the large pivoting angle, a complete emptying of the cage is guaranteed here as well.
By the completely new designed vertical solvent tanks with a round top and overflow at the crest, the tank unit can be supplemented by tank elements for an optimum adjustment to the application. The optimally designed bottom geometry allows for complete pumping off, as well as an excellent rinsing of the tanks, which practically avoids deposit of dirt.
The cage unit is mounted on a spring damper system in order to reduce to a minimum the high dynamic forces onto the substructure, that come up during the extraction process. This design reduces dynamic forces by approx. 85-90%.
Special emphasis was put on the optimum accessibility of the large surface lint filter at the cage unit and the drying unit. Thus, soiling of the refrigeration battery and the recovery section is almost impossible.
With the InduLine the drying system SuperDry PDS+ and the consequent use of refrigeration technology was realized with an industrial machine for the first time. The optimized air flow of the recovery section of the drying system SuperDry PDS+ is used analogous to the PremiumLine series. By the combination with the patented dynamic cage perforation in the shell of the cage and the perforation in the cage back plate, an diagonal flow of the drying air through the interior and the garments - optimal for drying - is reached also in the depth of the cage. The rugged and capacity controlled refrigeration unit with two reciprocating compressors is located below the recovery section. Thus, a fast, cost-effective and very low-noise drying process is guaranteed.
Following the modern process engineering principle of BÖWE, the dirt separated from the garments is carried together with the solvent from the cage directly into the still. So, the machine works completely without a dirt tank and avoids the problems usually associated with that. The high-capacity still in an energy efficient, easy to maintain round design holds up to 1,000l of solvent. In power level I with a floor heating a still capacity of 600l/h is reached. With the optional upgrade to power level II by an integrable side heating, up to 1,200l/h can be distilled. Thus, with a 2-bath-process connection of a second machine is optionally possible.
Optionally, with use of the solvent perc, an integrated activated carbon unit is available. This can be selected either as one-cycle-system "Consorba" or multi-cycle-system "Polysorba".
Thus, also the strictest environmental regulations for perc are surely kept and an additional external air conditioning unit is not necessary any longer.
The high-performance control "ConfoTronic IL" offers a variety of possibilities for individual adjustment to various industrial applications and guarantees a safe, efficient and variable operation of the machine. The software especially considers requirements for automation of loading and unloading.
