Interim Management: BME und persofaktum kooperieren

Der BME und die persofaktum GmbH haben auf dem 54. Symposium Einkauf und Logistik in Berlin einen Interim Management-Kooperationsvertrag abgeschlossen. „Interim Management ist eine zeitlich befristete Stellenbesetzung. Dabei werden Interim Manager dort eingesetzt, wo kurzfristig Bedarf besteht“, teilte Matthias Berg, Leiter Forschung und Entwicklung des BME, am Donnerstag mit. Diese arbeiteten eigenverantwortlich und verließen das Unternehmen oder die besetzte Position, sobald das Problem gelöst sei bzw. nach Beendigung des Projekts. Berg kündigte an, dass BME und persofaktum ab Dezember 2019 bei der Besetzung von Interim-Mandaten zusammenarbeiten werden.
