Der Aufsichtsrat der Blue Cap AG hat heute die Herren Ulrich Blessing, Tobias Hoffmann-Becking und Matthias Kosch zu Vorstandsmitgliedern bestellt. Das dreiköpfige Vorstandsteam wird Dr. Hannspeter Schubert nachfolgen, der zum Ende des Jahres aus dem Vorstand ausscheidet (s. Ad-hoc Mitteilung vom 10. Mai 2019).

Herr Ulrich Blessing wird für das Ressort Portfoliomanagement im Vorstand zuständig sein. Herr Blessing verfügt über eine 20jährige Managementerfahrung und war zuletzt Geschäftsführer der Beteiligungsgesellschaft LB GmbH.

Herr Tobias Hoffmann-Becking wird das Ressort Portfolioinvestment übernehmen. Herr Hoffmann-Becking besitzt eine langjährige Investmenterfahrung bei großen internationalen und deutschen Private Equity-Häusern und war zuletzt Managing Director bei der börsennotierten Mvcndvbztykmh Tcpsflnzbt & Zj.
