BIWIN, ein führender Hersteller von Flash-Speicher-Produkten wie Solid State Drives, USB Flash-Disks und Flash-Speicherkarten, präsentiert erstmals die SSD M5301, eine mSATA-SSD in Standardgröße, die im DEVSLP-Modus 99 Prozent weniger Energie verbraucht. BIWIN hat dieses Produkt entwickelt, um den steigenden Anforderungen an die Nutzungsdauer von Ultrabooks und anderen mobilen Endgeräten gerecht zu werden. Das Unternehmen präsentiert diese SSD sowie auch alle anderen Produktneuheiten vom 4. bis 8. Juni 2013 auf der Computex in Taiwan (Stand: J0218).
