BIOPETROL INDUSTRIES AG, Switzerland-based producer of biodiesel and highquality pharmaceutical-grade glycerine, today announced the appointment of Maarten Roelfs as Chief Executive Officer. Mr Roelfs replaces Klaus Henschel, who has decided to stand down to pursue other opportunities after leading the Group to this stage and following the successful completion of the recent significant change in ownership. Mr Roelfs has been Chief Financial Officer of BIOPETROL INDUSTRIES AG since March 2010. His appointment as CEO takes place with immediate effect.
