Biofrontera AG platziert Kapitalerhöhung

Trotz des schwierigen Börsenumfelds hat der Vorstand der Biofrontera AG (ISIN: DE 0006046113) mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats eine Kapitalerhöhung aus genehmigtem Kapital gegen Bareinlagen beschlossen und platziert. Das Bezugsrecht der bestehenden Aktionäre wurde ausgeschlossen.

Insgesamt wurden 111.111 neue, auf den Namen lautende Stückaktien zum Marktpreis an langfristig orientierte und bereits an Biofrontera beteiligte Investoren ausgegeben. Aus der Platzierung der neuen Aktien fließen der Gesellschaft zur Stärkung der Eigenkapitalbasis liquide Mittel in Höhe von 1,00 Millionen Euro zu. Durch die Ausgabe der neuen Aktien erhöht sich das Grundkapital der Biofrontera AG auf 3.316.514 Euro.
