BIOBASE Releases a New Range of Products for Plant Researchers
BKL Plant and ExPlain Plant offer rich, high quality plant focused content and integrated analysis tools.
The BKL Plant offers Gene Ontology (GO) assignments, plant specific controlled vocabulary assignments for gene expression and phenotype attributes as well as signal transduction and metabolic pathway data. BKL Plant can also be integrated with ExPlain Plant for biological interpretation of large-scale plant data, including gene expression, proteomics and ChIP-chip data.
As part of the release, BIOBASE has signed global agricultural giant Syngenta Biotechnology Inc. (NYSE: SYT) as the first customer for their BKL Plant and ExPlain Plant offerings.
