Bilfinger Real Estate wins management contract for commercial real estate portfolio in Baden-Württemberg

The investment consultant firm FLE GmbH, which is based in Vienna/Austria, has awarded Bilfinger Real Estate the contract to manage a commercial real estate portfolio in Baden-Württemberg, which is part of the portfolio of FLE SICAV FIS. The portfolio, which has been managed since March this year, includes nine office properties in the Stuttgart region as well as in Freiburg, Pforzheim and Karlsruhe, providing more than 50,000 square meters of space in total. FLE GmbH is part of the French private equity group LFPI, which currently has around EUR 3 billion in assets under management.
