Mit Medienmitteilung vom 14. März 2019 haben Exacompta und Biella-Neher Holding AG (Biella) gemeinsam bekannt gegeben, dass die beiden Unternehmen eine Transaktionsvereinbarung unterzeichnet haben, gemäss welcher Exacompta ein öffentliches Kaufangebot für alle ausstehenden und sich im Publikum befindenden Namenaktien von Biella zu einem Preis von CHF 4‘607.- in bar pro Aktie unterbreitet hat.

Der Vollzug des Kaufangebots (d.h. die Zahlung des Angebotspreises) wurde gemäss der am 16. Mai 2019 publizierten Mitteilung aufgeschoben. Alle Angebotsbedingungen sind nun erfüllt und das Kaufangebot kann vollzogen werden.

Die Zahlung des Angebotspreises für die angedienten Biella Aktien erfolgt mit Valuta am oder um den 23. Nrp 2376.
