Pneumatischer Schrittmotor mit Encoder und 27% mehr Leistung!

Die pneumatischen Schrittmotoren der Serie BPS wurden um ein weiteres Modell erweitert. Die neue Serie 1623-EC bekam eine komplett neue Sensortechnik installiert. Der Encoder (interner Drehgeber) überwacht die Drehung am Rotor, womit ausgeschlossen werden kann, dass etwaige Zwangsbewegungen durch äußerliche Einwirkung oder Blockfahren falsche oder fehlende Signale verursachen. Der Encoder nimmt die tatsächliche Bewegung und Position des Rotors auf, womit eine Abweichung zwischen SOLL/IST Position ausgeschlossen werden kann. Die Baugröße der Serie 1623-EC entspricht der bekannten Serie 1620, wobei durch neue Kolben das Drehmoment um 27% auf 4,2Nm angehoben werden konnte.
