Komponenten für den Einsatz in der Batteriefertigung müssen besondere Ansprüche erfüllen. Alle Teile, wie Lager oder Führungen, bei denen Abrieb auftreten kann, sind so zu konzipieren, dass dieser nicht in die Batterie gelangen kann. Es muss unbedingt verhindert werden, dass elektrisch leitfähige Partikel und Feuchtigkeit in den Produktionsprozess gelangen. Nur so kann die hohe Qualität der Batteriezelle sichergestellt werden.

Unsere Produkte der P4-Serie von CKD sind auf die extrem trockenen und rauen Umgebungsbedingungen angepasst und werden komplett ohne Kupfer (und dessen Legierungen), Nickel und Zink gefertigt. Besonders Edelstahl kommt hier zum Einsatz.
