Bechtle can now offer ServiceNow’s entire software portfolio. The initial focus of the largest independent IT systems integrator is on IT service management, which will be successively complemented by IT operations management and cloud management. Through its user-friendly cloud portal, Bechtle empowers its customers with a fast integration of flexible services from technology partners such as Microsoft and now also ServiceNow. Bechtle is planning to frequently offer new services via the digital cloud portal, allowing customers to simply add to their individual selection of services as required. “We very much look forward to this successful collaboration.
