Landeszentrale legt Werbebericht 2010/2011 vor

Die Bayerische Landeszentrale für neue Medien (BLM) hat in der Sitzung des Medienrats am 13. Oktober 2011 den Werbebericht 2010/2011 vorgelegt. Der Bericht gibt Aufschluss über die Kontrolle der Einhaltung der Werberegelungen bei den von der BLM genehmigten Anbietern. Der Berichtszeitraum des nun vorliegenden Werbeberichts reicht vom 1. August 2010 bis 31. Juli 2011. Maßgeblich ist dabei das Ausstrahlungsdatum.

Im Berichtszeitraum 2010/2011 wurden in 232 Fällen Aufsichtsverfahren eingeleitet. 115 Fälle betrafen die Lokal-TV-Stationen, 38 Fälle den Hörfunk. Weitere 79 Fälle betrafen von der BLM genehmigte bundesweit verbreitete Fernsehangebote; diese wurden im Rahmen der Kommission für Zulassung und Aufsicht (ZAK) bearbeitet.
