BASF publishes new brochure on coil coatings
Paint manufacturer provides information on coatings and applications for steel and aluminum coils
Coil coatings are used to coat aluminum and steel coils before being processed further. Since the panels are stamped, rolled and joined, the applied coating has to be extremely flexible and elastic so that it does not flake off. At the same time, however, it has to meet stringent requirements for scratch resistance.
The brochure is geared toward customers and users in the panel-processing industry. The target group includes both architects and members of the construction industry. The brochure can be downloaded at www.basf-coatings.com.
