New Management at Badger Meter Europa GmbH

Badger Meter Europa GmbH in Neuffen, Germany, welcomed two new Managing Directors on April 8, 2019: Mr. Kenneth C. Bockhorst – President & CEO of Badger Meter, Inc. and Mr. Gregory M. Gomez, Vice President - Global Flow Instrumentation & International Utility. Mr. Bockhorst has been President and CEO of Badger Meter, Inc. since January 1, 2019 and served as its Chief Operating Officer prior to that. Mr. Gomez brings 35 years of Badger Meter institutional knowledge, engineering and business development expertise, having worked as Vice President – Engineering and Vice President - Business Development and Flow Instrumentation in the past. Mr. Gomez will provide the day-to-day leadership of Badger Meter Europa.

The reason for the change of Management is the retirement of Dr. Ing. Horst Gras at the age of 62 after 26 years of dedicated service. Mr. Gras has been instrumental to the growth and success of the international operations in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
