Avery Dennison is to Exhibit its Latest Innovative RFID and Eco Friendly Solutions at the World Renowned IMB Show
"IMB is considered the world's leading trade show for apparel production, technology and textile processing. Avery Dennison will use the show as a platform to demonstrate to a global audience, the efficiency and innovation of its latest solutions to meet customer's identification requirements," said Thomas Willing, Managing Director IBMD Central Europe.
Avery Dennison's latest RFID solutions are already being used by leading European apparel retailers to effectively control in-store inventories, improve supply chain efficiency and visibility and reduce lead times and costs.
The show will also be the launch pad for the new Avery Dennison SNAP 700 multimedia printer. The SNAP 700 incorporates all of the best features from the earlier SNAP models and is also capable of printing larger double sided care labels and tickets with variable data, thanks to its increased print width. The printer has been designed for easy set up and maintenance.
Avery Dennison will also demonstrate solutions that complement its clients' sustainable apparel garments without compromising on comfort or cost. These new products include labels made from 100% recycled PET bottles, recycled tickets and certified paper tags that carry Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification. FSC shows that these tickets and tags have been produced from responsibly managed forests.
Heat Transfers will also feature highly at the show. Avery Dennison will exhibit the latest ECO Stretch Transfers - a 100% water-based, PVC free transfer that is suitable for a broad range of applications including performance fabrics. Heat transfers can now also be offered in Digital High Definition, allowing for a multicolour photographic image transfer quality, which can be combined with variable information for eye-catching design and enhanced brand recognition. The high quality is complemented by high productivity from roll-to-roll transfers.
