Avaya, ein führender Anbieter von Lösungen für Geschäftskommunikation, erweitert ab sofort das Angebot an Mietmodellen und Managed Services in Deutschland. Damit reagiert das Unternehmen auf die steigende Nachfrage nach individuelleren Bezugs- und Betriebsmodellen sowie mehr Flexibilität in der Vertragsgestaltung. Das Angebot gilt für Avaya-Lösungen für Telefonie, Unified Communications (UC) und Contact Center.

Das neue Angebot umfasst zwei Modelle - eines für das Mieten der Lösungen, eines für Managed Services.
