60 Trainees der Volkswagen AG besuchten am Mittwoch, den 3. Februar 2010, ein Symposium in der Autostadt in Wolfsburg. Der Tag war Bestandteil der fünftägigen Veranstaltung "Kundenerwartungen, Handels- und Vertriebsprozesse bei Volkswagen", die das Marketing Management Institut GmbH (MMI) in Braunschweig organisiert und leitet. Als Vertreter des Autostadt Führungskreises begrüßte Olaf Ansorge, Leiter KundenCenter, die Akademiker.

In der Autostadt beschäftigten sich die Teilnehmer insbesondere mit dem Aspekt "Kunde, Markt, Produkte". Olaf Ansorge führte die Trainees theoretisch und praktisch in den Prozess der Fahrzeugübergabe sowie in die Arbeit des Vertriebs der Service- und Kommunikationsplattform des Volkswagen Konzerns ein.
