Atollic®, the award-winning embedded development tools vendor, today announced the appointment of Brian Barrett as head of Atollic's American operations. Mr. Barrett has over 12 years sales and marketing experience in the embedded industry including senior roles with IAR Systems and Netsilicon. In his new role Brian will be responsible for continuing to grow Atollic's already established business across the United States of America and into Central and South American regions. He will be based at the company's new head office in Boston, Massachusetts. This facility has been established to consolidate Atollic's sales and technical support operations and provide a platform for the company's planned growth in the region.
Another senior appointment for Atollic is Mark Moran. Mark, who was previously Atollic's US General Manager and had initiated the company's regional presence, becomes Chief Technology Officer.
