AsiaInfo Wins First European Mobile Operator Deal
Company to lead major BSS transformation project with Telenor Project supports shift to multi-channel data-centric customer service
(PresseBox) (Beijing, China/Santa Clara, Calif/Cambridge, UK, )As lead contractor, AsiaInfo will steer Telenor's BSS transformation for the company's operations in Denmark, as well as provide implementation, operational, and maintenance support. The project will include AsiaInfo's proprietary billing, customer relationship management, and real-time analytics software, including the Company's Veris™ BSS solution. Veris is designed to leverage the efficiencies of a cloud-based platform while radically simplifying the customer support operations associated with typical legacy systems, and currently serves more than 890 million users in Asia. Work on the project began in September of this year.
