ASCOJET Trockeneisstrahlen heisst effiziente, aber schonende Reinigung von verschiedensten Oberflächen. ASCOJET Trockeneisstrahlen ist ein umweltfreundliches, trockenes Reinigungsverfahren, das keine Strahlmittelrückstände verursacht und keine Demontage von Anlagen benötigt. Als Komplettanbieter rund um CO2 bietet ASCO eine umfassende Produktpalette rund ums Trockeneisstrahlen inkl. kompletter Trockeneislogistik.

Die Trockeneisherstellung

Trockeneis wird aus 100%-igem flüssigen CO2 hergestellt. In einem Trockeneis-Pelletizer wird dieses unter kontrollierten Bedingungen entspannt und so zu Trockeneisschnee. Dieser wird durch eine entsprechende Extruderplatte zu runden, harten Pellets gepresst. Für das Trockeneisstrahlen werden standardmässig Pellets mit einem Durchmesser von 3 mm verwendet.
