AREVA and the French private equity manager Astorg Partners entered today into exclusive negotiations to finalize the project for the sale of Canberra, its nuclear measurements subsidiary.

This operation is part of the "Action 2016" strategic action plan set out by AREVA in December 2011, which envisages the sale of
